Transformational Leadership Program - Scholarships and Partnerships

Mr. Hoxha completed his certificate in international legal studies at the American University.   He earned a Master’s degree in Brussels where he studied International and European perspectives on the rule of law, international treaties, conventions, customs, and the like.  He plans to use his certificate program experience to strengthen his capacity to support the establishment of strong institutions and to create an independent judiciary, reforming existing methods within the government in implementation and enforcement of the legislation in Kosovo.
