Ms. Dobranja graduated from the American University with a Master's in International Economics.

She is a founder of the Institute for Development Policy, a think tank and advocacy center that provides independent research-based policy solutions. She has been chosen to participate in the Hope Fellowship Good Governance Leadership Program and is a member of the Committee on Economics, a committee of women professionals in various economic fields. Ms. Dobranja hopes to contribute to planning, designing, and implementing policies that ensure economic growth and promote women’s roles in economic and political development.
