Mr. Ismaili graduated from the Harvard Kennedy School with a Master of Public Administration.

He holds a Bachelor Degree in Psychology from Graceland University, IA, USA. While at Graceland, he participated in efforts to promote religious and racial tolerance, including the International Student Club and Black Student Club. Most recently, he has been recognized as a successful entrepreneur in the hospitality business, co-founding and managing two of the most successful bars/pastry shops in Prishtina.
