Transformational Leadership Program - Scholarships and Partnerships

Mr. Leci graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology with a Master of Science in Finance. Currently, he works as a Risk Management Officer at the Central Bank of Kosovo.

He has already demonstrated leadership through many volunteer activities and has great potential to lead in Kosovo. Mr. Leci was committed to study in a strong programs in Finance, particularly in institutional budgeting and financial controls.  His career goal is to continue working in the financial arena in Kosovo, particularly helping to establish strong institutional financial systems and controls.
