Mr. Berisha graduated from the Illinois Institute of Technology with a Master of Business Administration.

He completed his undergraduate studies in Management and Economics and wishes to continue learning about the finance sector.  He is very interested in working on identifying weaknesses in Kosovo’s public financial management systems and finding appropriate solutions to eliminate its weaknesses, creating a long-term strategy on spending the budget and continuously monitoring implementation of the strategy.  He hopes to contribute to improving Kosovo’s business environment and attracting foreign direct investments.
