Dardan Berisha
Master of Laws (LLM) at Indiana University
Mr. Berisha graduated from Indiana University with a Master of Laws degree. Currently, he works as a Research and Training Consultant at the Intenational Foundation for Electoral Systems.
He completed his undergraduate studies in International Relations at the Eastern Mediterranean University in Cyprus, after which he returned to Kosovo and worked for various local and international organizations to contribute to transitional development. He most recently worked at Democracy for Development Institute as an election analyst. His job at the International Foundation for Electoral Systems (IFES) gave him the opportunity to lead the implementation of technical assistance projects in areas such as electoral law and constitutional reform, voter education and inclusiveness, and complaints and appeals adjudication and institutional capacity building.
Mr. Berisha also worked as a consultant for EU projects in Kosovo, drafting articles on Kosovo’s progress in meeting EU standards and requirements, and had the opportunity to work as a Coordinator of Democracy in Action, leading a joint civil society organization’s initiative to monitor and safeguard the integrity of election process.
