Master of Professional Studies in Applied Economics at University of Maryland
Ms. Genta Agaj completed her Bachelorís degree in the American University in Kosovo in 2015, majoring in economics, statistics and management. As a result of her high GPA, she graduated with the highest honors. During her studies, she was involved with various student-led initiatives, including multiple conferences, peer-learning activities, and other volunteering experiences. In regards to her working experience, she has been working at the Management & Development Associates (MDA) as a Project Development Assistant, where her main responsibility has been to write project proposals. Her previous experiences include internships in the Basic Education Program and ProCredit Bank. She believes that decision making in Kosovo should be reliant on the analysis of the data that institutions possess. Therefore, she plans on pursuing her master studies in Econometrics with the hope that this field will enable her to help institutions and businesses make better decisions.
