Project Management Certificate at UCLA Extension
Erëza Pula holds a BA in Business Administration, with a major degree in Finance and Operations Management and a minor degree in International Relations and Politics from the American University in Bulgaria, and Masters in Economics from the Staffordshire University in the United Kingdom. After finishing her master studies, Erëza joined Group for Legal and Political Studies as a research fellow and project manager. Her work concentrates mainly on quantitative and qualitative research on financial transparency, labor economics, wage inequality, and, among others, trade and business environment. Recently she has been engaged on a Global Development Network (GDN) project, which empirically investigates the sector and gender wage differentials in Kosovo and Albania. Prior to joining GLPS, Erëza worked as a teaching assistant in Macroeconomics and Microeconomics in a private university in Kosovo.
Erëza believes that her participation in the UCLA Project Management Program fostered her systematic knowledge and effective approaches of maintaining and controlling projects. Reflecting on the above, Erëza’s future plans, upon completing the Professional Certificate Program, involve her engagement in the civil society where she will contribute to the organizational development by implementing projects which tackle key issues in Kosovo.
